Digital Content Executive (DCE)

The marketing team is key to the growth plans the business has.  They work closely with the sales and product management teams to understand how best to present the L&T product portfolio to this niche market.

The role is an exciting one within this growing, fast paced business.  Reporting into the Digital Content Manager, the DME will be able to influence and direct the performance of all digital channels.



  • Websites: ensuring all 6 and their key product lines are kept optimized for SEO across major markets.


  • Management of social media sites (linkedin, twitter) the creation and curation of content relevant to sales campaigns across the globe.


  • Youtube: curation and management of the L&T channel to ensure maximum exposure, with the aim of being accepted for Youtube advertising of L&T products.


  • Management of e-mail portal: distribution of email campaigns, followed by analysis and reporting.


  • Creating proposals and recommendations to share with the Marketing Manager to achieve the above goals.


  • Weekly & monthly reporting on KPI’s

  • *Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role (eg Digital marketing assistant)
  • *Experience using a Content Management System (CMS) i.e. Umbraco
  • *Ability to use Google Analytics to track performance and optimize activities accordingly.
  • *Ability to optimize content and website navigation for SEO purposes, using relevant tools such as SEMrush/Ahrefs/ Screaming Frog/ Moz.
  • *Interest and up to date knowledge of search changes / emerging trends

  • *Attention to detail and accuracy
  • *High level of analytical skills
  • *Work both independently as a team
  • *Strong communication for articulating ideas to colleagues
  • *Excellent written communication skills for producing high quality content.
  • *Prioritize across multiple projects.
