The durable fabric Midline Perineal Repair Pads are a new innovative design that offers increased accuracy during procedures, increases the life span of the trainer, and reduces the ongoing cost of consumables.
Each pad has realistic landmarks that aid in identifying critical perineal anatomy, including:
- Hymenal remnants
- Bulbocavernosus and transverse perineal muscles (presented together)
- Anal mucosa
- Internal anal sphincter
- External anal sphincter
- Pararectal fat
Anatomical features have distinct colours to help with identification during procedures.
